Yes, you can. Please follow these steps accordingly; Profile > Settings > Delete Account to close your account. After you complete these steps, only your Letim account credentials will be deleted. If you want to use Letim in the future you can activate your old account by completing the "Forgot My Password" steps.
Due to e-money regulations in Türkiye, your Letim account can not be permenantly deleted. But you can close your account and delete your user credentials if you no longer want to use Letim.
